Jim holds both Certified Agile Coach credentials (Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Team Coach℠) and the Certified Scrum Trainer® credential from the Scrum Alliance, one of only a handful of individuals worldwide to hold all three top level certifications. Jim is also a licensed facilitator for the Agile Fluency® Suite, a Certified LeSS Practitioner, and an Innovation Games® Facilitator.

For more than 20 years, Melissa York has been helping organizations identify and deliver value to their customers. Wielding an uncanny ability to hone in on what really matters to customers, Melissa specializes in operations, education, and project management. In addition to running FoxHedge, she works with organizations on board development, team building, interpretive needs, special events, fundraising, and organization of large projects such as capital campaigns.
