FoxHedge is Melissa and Jim York. Since 2007, we have joined forces to help leaders and their teams support successful outcomes for their customers and organizations. Our coaching and training increases proficiency in lean and agile by focusing on the goals that matter most to you. We teach public Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) workshops in the DMV (Washington, DC; Maryland; and Virginia) and provide on-site lean and agile workshops and coaching world-wide. Melissa is Product Owner for FoxHedge and Jim is a Certified Enterprise Coach, Certified Team Coach, and Certified Scrum Trainer. As a licensed facilitator for the Agile Fluency® Suite, Jim uses the Agile Fluency Model in his coaching with clients.

For more than 20 years, Melissa has been helping organizations identify and deliver value to their customers. Wielding an uncanny ability to hone in on what really matters to customers, Melissa specializes in operations, education, and project management. In addition to running FoxHedge, she works with organizations on board development, team building, interpretive needs, special events, fundraising, and organization of large projects such as capital campaigns.

Jim York
Leadership and Team Coach, Co-founder

Jim helps individuals, teams and organizations achieve their goals. For over 25 years, Jim has mentored and coached leaders and teams at all levels of the organization. Jim’s coaching and interactive workshops cultivate the skills and qualities needed to direct, support, and build effective teams. Jim holds both Certified Agile Coach credentials (Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Team Coach℠) and the Certified Scrum Trainer® credential from the Scrum Alliance, one of only a handful of individuals worldwide to hold all three top level certifications. Jim is also a licensed facilitator for the Agile Fluency® Suite, a Certified LeSS Practitioner, and an Innovation Games® Facilitator.
