An open letter to our customers

Hi Fellow Agilists,

With the world gone virtual, many of our clients are asking for help with their remote teams. I wanted to let you know some of the things we are doing to support them in case you or your team might benefit from these things as well.

The Agile Fluency® Diagnostic

If you have been looking for a time to do an Agile Fluency Diagnostic with your team, now might be a good time. And we have the ability to facilitate the diagnostic remotely.

The self-diagnostic can be a great team-building activity, a different way to run a retrospective, and an effective way to check in on the impact of remote working on your team’s ability to remain Agile.

Mini-workshops and virtual brownbags

We are delivering online mini-workshops such as:

  • The Art of Product Backlog Refinement: doing what matter most

  • User Stories: what they are really good for

  • Estimating using Story Points: revealing our ignorance

And introducing a brand new mini-workshop:

  • Working Better Together while Remote: using simplicity and focus to maximize results

We are also joining teams for virtual brownbag lunches to discuss specific topics or general discussion and Q&A.

Remote Coaching

We have always offered remote coaching as a convenience for clients at a distance. Now, however, social distancing has made this an attractive option for our local clients as well.

Certified Scrum Training

We are continuing to teach public and private Certified Scrum classes. The Scrum Alliance has temporarily authorized virtual training for these normally in-person classes. At this time, we are limiting the number of participants in our public classes to 10 to maintain a high level of personal interaction and attention.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help you during this time. We are adapting to help you adapt.

Onward and upward,
Jim and Melissa
