What you can expect from a FoxHedge Class
Personal attention — FoxHedge's online classes are limited to 10 attendees to ensure a high level of personal attention.
Taught by a coach — In addition to being a Certified Scrum Trainer, your instructor, Jim York, is a Certified Agile Coach, holding both the Certified Enterprise Coach and Certified Team Coach credentials from the Scrum Alliance.
Includes one hour of one-on-one coaching — After the class, each attendee can schedule one hour of one-on-one coaching with Jim.

Description
Learn how to lead your teams using Scrum and to lead change in your organization. If helping individuals and teams on a journey of continual improvement and helping customers get what they need rapidly is your passion, this class is for you.
This highly interactive 2-day workshop provides a foundational understanding of the Scrum framework and gives participants hands-on practice applying Scrum in multiple settings and situations. Attendees who successfully complete the 2-day class will receive a paid 2-year membership in the Scrum Alliance and will be able to take the CSM test administered by the Scrum Alliance. The class fee covers 2 attempts to pass the CSM exam within 90 days of completing the class.
Objectives
Using a combination of interactive presentations, problem-solving exercises, and team-structured simulations, the CSM workshop will enable participants to:

Practice applying Scrum in multiple project settings and situations
Cultivate the Scrum mindset vital to effective use of Scrum

Who is the instructor?
This workshop is taught by Jim York, one of the premier Certified Scrum Trainers® in the world. Jim is also a Certified Enterprise Coach℠ and Certified Team Coach℠, an expert in theory and practice, helping individuals and organizations implement Agile in the real world. We do not subcontract our classes to other trainers.
Who is the class for?
Anyone on a team who wishes to learn how to use Scrum to create or participate on high performing teams focused on rapid value delivery to customers. ScrumMasters, Product Owners, and other Scrum Team Members will benefit from this class.
At what time does the class start and end each day?
The class starts promptly at 9:00 AM each day and ends at 5:00 PM.
How do I join the class?
The class will be conducted via live interactive video. Detailed instructions on joining will be sent to registrants prior to the class start.

Are discounts or other special pricing available?
If you are a current client, alum or unemployed, we reserve reduced-price seats in each class for you. Contact us if you wish to be considered for one of these seats. In addition, group pricing is available.
How do I get an invoice or receipt?
On completion of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your registration including the balance due, if any. If there is a balance due, the confirmation email is your invoice.
What is the refund policy?
If YOU need to cancel within one week of the class, there is no refund. However, you may substitute another person to take your place in the class, or, for a $200 fee, you can transfer to a future FoxHedge workshop. For a schedule of future workshops, please visit FoxHedgeLtd.com/Training.html.
If WE cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
How often have you cancelled a class?
FoxHedge has never cancelled a class. In the event that a situation beyond our control forces a cancellation, we will notify you through the contact information you provide with your registration and issue a full refund of any fees paid.
Can I get SEUs and PDUs for this class?
Scrum Alliance members can claim 16 SEUs for this class.
PMPs can claim 16 PDUs for this class.
