Agile Leadership Network (ALN) Washington, DC Area Chapter Monthly Meeting

Jim will be speaking on Activating Intentional Organic Growth using the Agile Fluency® Model at this month's Agile Leadership Network Washington, DC Chapter monthly meeting.

Abstract:

How do leaders establish and communicate improvement goals? How will we know that the goal has been met? How do we get a team to act on the goal? How will we recognize if we got the goal wrong, or the team? How do we get it right or at least better? This session connects intentionality, experimentation, and adaption using the Agile Fluency® Model, focusing on the interaction between leadership and the self-organizing team.
